CPU signing/cutting players same week throughout season

I'm in year 1 of a offline CFM, and I'm noticing that the CPU is signing free agents then cutting them the same week.

Also, I'm seeing specific players like Devontae Booker, Ryan Mathews and Ty Montgomery getting cut during the preseason every time I try a new CFM.

Has anyone else noticed this? Any workaround to the large amount of free agents getting signed then cut the same week?

They didnt get cut jn mine but was put on the Practice squad for their team. I had to quit mine because I felt like i cheated by signing Darrin Waller from the Ravens Practice Squad in my 49ers CFM

One thing you have to remember is that each player in each franchise that uses a different starting point roster is different. Even if no changes to them were made, changes to other players affect their ranking. My franchise I started with week 14 rosters is very different from the one I started when I got the game in relation to what players and teams are dominant.
