NCAA Football 14 Realistic All-American Sliders

I've come up with a custom set of sliders for the All-American difficulty level that I've used and worked on over the last few months. Playing on Heisman, I feel as if the CPU is dominant, and sometimes unbeatable. With this slider set, the game plays true to player ratings and true to real life stats. Just like in real life, it'll be very tough to beat great teams, and not so hard to beat weak teams. But remember, any team can win any game. That's what's awesome about College Football. Here they are:

*Updated*

Gameplay Options
Offensive Skill - All-American
Defensive Skill- All-American
User Vs User Skill - All-American
Injuries - On
Fatigue - On
Quarter Length - 8 or 9 minutes (I personally use 8 minutes. You'll still be able to throw the ball up to 45-50 times per game while running the ball 15-20 times as well).
Play Clock - On
Coaching Tips - On/Off (Doesn't matter)
Game Speed - Slow or Normal (I play on Slow because Normal and Fast are unrealistically quick. Give Slow a chance, it's much better than Normal).
Player Min Speed Threshold - 15-30 (I use 15. This way, fast running backs can out run linebackers and defensive ends, while slow backs aren't as good at breaking away from defenders).
Home Field Advantage Effects - On
Ice The Kicker - On (Now, I recommend super-simming all field goals, extra points and kick offs. Be honest, when you kick field goals in this game, whether or not his accuracy is 50 or 99, how often do you miss? Rarely. Simming these kicks allows for the kicker to miss on a more realistic basis. Try it out).

Game Rules (Penalties)
Offsides - 95
False Start - 90 (Be selective when using the R1 buttons to fake snap, or else it may cost you 5 yards).
Holding - 90 (Turn blocking on to aggressive in game. This allows for roughly 2-5 holding calls per game).
Face mask - 55
Offensive Pass Interference - 65 to 75
Defensive Pass Interference - 65 to 75
*Interference Calls Are Rare No Matter How High This Slider Is*
KR/PR Interference: 20
Clipping: 0 (Clipping is practically the same as holding, and clipping is called way too often in this game).
Intentional Grounding: 85
Roughing The Passer: 25
Roughing Te Kicker - 5 to 15 (I have it at 10 for personal preference).

Custom AI
*User/CPU*
QB Accuracy- 10/30
Pass Blocking - 40/55
WR Catching - 40/45
RB Ability - 35/90
Run Blocking - 40/75
Pass Coverage - 45/60
Interceptions - 45/40
Rush Defense - 25/90
Tackling - 40/45
Field Goal Power - 40/40
Field Goal Accuracy - 0/35 (If you do want to kick field goals manually, then 0 gives you the closest slider to being realistic, and 35 for the CPU means they'll make 8 or 9 out of 10, missing a few).
Punt Power - 45/45
Punt Accuracy - 65/40
Kickoff Power - 50/50 (This slider is broken, so there's absolutely no difference between 0 and 100).

Formation Subs
A lot of people don't do this and idk why, but in your dynasty, go to to formation subs, and you can sort through all of your formations, and place players in any one you want. For example, guys complain about auto subs not working great, and their 2nd and 3rd string backs don't get enough carries, but this tool allows you to put those 2nd and 3rd stringers in certain formations so they can play as well.

For Offense I have:
QB Out: 50
QB In: 55
RB Out: 90
RB In: 91
WR Out: 80
WR In: 85
FB/TE Out: 70
FB/TE In: 75
OL Out: 70
OL In: 75

Defense
DT Out: 80
DT In: 85
DE Out: 80
DE In: 85
LB Out: 80
LB In: 85
CB Out: 80
CB In: 85
S Out: 75
S In: 80
Now, these can change depending on what type of offense you run. I run a balanced, somewhat slow offense, as compared to a fast up tempo one where players get tired more easily.
Sorry I forgot to throw the subs in there.

I like to do a lot of CPU v CPU dynasties, I plan to start a new one at UNC Charlotte... will test these out on that dynasty tonight and let you know how it plays.

yeah man let me know how it looks. These were created for Human vs CPU, but I'm curious as to how they play out CPU vs CPU

Re: NCAA Football 14 Realistic All-American Sliders

Just getting into this game but im having a hard time playing on heisman, i win but it feels the cpu is to op when playing teams i should dominate, but i want a realistic challenge.

Im an all madden player just to give you an idea of what im used to.

I just played buffalo and i was osu. I won 49-35 no way does buffalo put up 35 on that defense.

Any recommendations on heisman sets or should i try all american? Do you still see that challenge or is it like all pro in madden , way too easy no matter what the sliders are.

Just need an idea where to start.
