Fullbacks: awards/goals/exp

Does anyone know how to get a fb to progress? My rookie fb is in the top 5 in the league for touchdowns, and has around 500 yds rushing/300 yds receiving but gets hardly any weekly experience and isn't in the running for any of the rookie awards.

I cheked his goals and the only goal he got as a fb is team rushes for 2000 yds.

Anyone know a way to get Fullbacks to actually get decent goals/progression?

You can make him a hb or te and put him I as a fb to get different xp goals.

Ah good idea. I'm assuming changing this mid season wouldn't work. Would I need to change him in the off-season? Preseason? Any idea?

Thanks.

Re: Fullbacks: awards/goals/exp

my FB seems to progress due to team goals. His weekly goal is 1 catch. Since he's a check down, he gets that about 75% of the time.

He's in his 3rd year. He's a 75 ovr, and started as a 70 when I drafted him. So, he doesn't progress all that much. To get him XP, I give him the focus in practice a few times a year.

changing his position to TE or HB which ever one you develop on game plan every week.
if you change him 2 TE and get him his goal of 1 catch a wk. at wk 17 moving him back 2 FB if he meet his goal or keep him at TE if u met the TE goal of catches. which ever is greater.

Just do practices that are HB related and you will be fine. The position swaps aren't needed unless you are trying to circumvent the separation of position relevant practices.

And if you want to see the 'overall' go up simply invest in awareness.

Re: Fullbacks: awards/goals/exp

FB have team oriented goals so they mainly earn XP from game prepping RB and having RB's rush for lots of yards. those stats he has will most likely earn him a Pro Bowl trip though and that will earn should get a lot of XP.

P.s. FB overalls are heavily weighted towards RBK & IBL & AWR

hitting a FB season goal i find easy, getting to the pro bowl, player of the week is really difficult, you could change xp slider to 300% or use TDawgs. Try drafting an Olineman make them a FB at wk 1 then change back week 17
