Nike Level 2 Compensation

I have browser the internet to try and find the answer but haven't found anything super concrete so does anyone know how to get level 2 Compensation for Nike? It seems like most people that got it were ones that got it right away due to being drafted high.

It seems like earning most things in this game are kind of a mystery.

Endorsements are iffy for some reason. Mines wasn't working at first but I'm at level 4 compensation on My Nike Endorsement deal and my Jordan endorsement deal with the 2 players I created. You have to go to a ton of events. I lost count on how many I went too. I didn't hit Level 4 with Nike until my 2nd season.

Yea, I've gone to every event and I have about 12 games left in the season. I just wish it let you know how to get the endorsement. I get it being vague for the badges

I feel like I never get those in-game bonuses of "X VC for buzzer beaters" "X VC for post-game interviews" etc

I'm already at season 2 and still at level 1 with Nike. Do I have to win the championship in order to get level 2??

No that wouldn't be it. I am in season 3. Won a championship, Finals MVP, League MVP even All-star MVP and i am still at level 1
