NBA 2k17 for Xbox one freeze on startup screen

It's been a couple of weeks since I'm having issues to start my game. Is anyone with the same problem?

It freezes on different screens, the teams logo, the main gray one, the video were Chris Paul appears...

It's starting to get really frustrating and I am afraid something is going to happen and I'm going to loose all my saves and progress...

It happened to me but uninstalled the game and installed back problem solved.

Try clearing the reserve space for 2k17 under 'manage game' settings. I think you need to click start on the title of the game then you'll find the option. Then choose reserve space and choose clear 2k17 reserve space. Do not click on your user profiles in this options menu.

Yeah I did this 2 weeks ago, and it corrupted my saves. Lost myplayer and all. Just did it again today. smh

It's pretty unfair to lose the saves and your history. I have 400 cards on my team. I cannot imagine how they would fix that
