Going into my fourth year as a QB rated 99 overall, no team would offer me a contract so I was forced to retire. Did this happen to anyone else? I'll really have to start all over again every couple of seasons or do people get picked up after that?

Might have been the contract demands (which you can't control) were larger than all 32 teams cap space?

I think it's broken. Happened to me as a coach... HofF career wanted to change teams, but no one picked me up... has never happened when fired.
