What weeks can you scout in CFM

What weeks can you begin to scout and which weeks after start of wildcard can you scout?

Off the top of my head, weeks 3-17 in the regular season, super bowl week, free agency weeks 1-4 and a final set of scouting points right before the draft.

That is all correct above except off-season it starts in FA week 2, 1st FA week it's still closed.

FA week 2 is when combine scores unlock as well.
