three easy, common sense fixes for online play rankings

1. Allow games played through game room lobbies to count towards rating/ranking. Right now this is the only reliable way to match up against evenly matched players and all the games are unranked. Why?

2. specify custom rating range for matchmaking..right now the rating window expands on both sides at same time, opening matchmaking to players who are worse and better simultaneously-- right now there is no way to search for a player with just a higher rating than you. Allow us to set both the minimum and maximum independent of each other.

3. Display the ranking of the opposing playing (current rating or position in leaderboards) next to their name inside the game or at least in the loading screen after you have picked lineups. This would help you a. scout them better b. know what you stand to gain/lose in the ELO from the game.
