Why does online have to be garbage every year??

Im sick of slow laggy games and now every game I try to play is a mirror match. I don't understand why the best selling game can't invest some money into their servers?? What can we do?? How can this continue to happen year after year?? Can we please find games in rooms and see our opponents internet connection stats? I don't care if the games count towards ranked or not I just want to have fun playing the game online!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous year after year. WILL YOU PLEASE LISTEN TO US???

Mirror Match happens to me a ton too...

I don't play the team vs team modes a lot, but the times I have played it always ends up being the same damn team as me.

It happens so often that I'd think it has to be some kind of coding glitch... instead of avoiding the same team as me, its like it tries to FIND the same team as mine.

We know 2K's servers have been iffy since the Dreamcast days... but now 2K connects nearly every NBA 2K gamer to the servers to track VC in modes when you're playing against the CPU.

So PlayNow (I think?), MyCareer, MyGM, MyLeague users are connected to the servers to track their earned VC, while PNO, MyTeam, MyPark, & Pro-Am players are gaming on the servers too.

It's too much for already shoddy servers. But VC is their cash cow, don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.
