Some questions from a FIFA fanboy

hi, i'm a fifa fanboy and, as such, i like off-the-pitch realism. but my pc is meh, so i'm contemplating giving pes 2017 a try. but i'd like to know some things beforehand. i hope someone can help.

- relegation, europa league and champions league qualification is the same as in real life for the big leagues? what about national cups? are there two cups in england/france? real format? is the schedule accurate?

- can you manage a club and a national team at the same time as in fifa? what international competitions there are? wc qualifiers? copa america? euro? confederations cup? all there?

- is there any sort of home field advantage in master league gameplay? (real gameplay advantage, not only chants, etc)

- is there something i can make to be able to actually watch the games instead of just simulating when i'm not selected to the team in become a legend?

- i'd like some settings recommendations to start off. without messing with sliders, i like fifa in world class difficulty, and i like to have a realistic ammount of goals, even if the games are long. at what difficulty level and match lenght should i start?

- pesgalaxy or pte?

1. yes there's relegation, there's UEFA, etc.

2. yes

3. never paid attention to home field advantage, perhaps for higher star teams.

4. I don't remember, haven't played my BAL much lately.

5. There are no slider settings, just difficulty and shot/throughball/pass assisted and manual settings among others.

@Gonira , you can go to Coach Mode I believe, which allows you to watch the match. Oh, and PES Galaxy patch, I heard, is best, but HUGE file sizes.

"coach" mode in player career? :/

i think it will take a couple of weeks just to download the game and a patch with the connection i have here, haha. fml. that's why so many questions. if i find something that is game breaking for me after this wait, i'm gonna get mad.

I think you just have to go to the editor, in the game menu outside the LM. Everything cosmetic (kits, players appearance, boots, stadiums?) will be automatically updated in your LM. But, players abilities and team tactics would not. Of course new created players neither.
