Roster Question - J.P Crawford / Anderson Epinonza

Bit of a noob question as ive just recently picked up the game. Dont get to see alot of baseball down under but the post season as reignited my love for the game.

Just a quick question ive been going through the rosters and cant find players like J.P Crawford or Anderson in any of the major league farm systems. Is there a certain roster i need to get? And how do i get it? Again new user here. Im on PS4. Chees heaps.

Cheers heaps for the reply man. Really appreciate it. Where abouts would i find both of those rosters though? Apologies for the newbie questions. Just trying to start a franchise and want to have the ability to trade for those 2 players.
