Reduced ratings like 60s overall

Does anyone know if a roster exists where all players are rated in the 60s or low 70s. Almost like a minor league type roster where great catches and performances are much more rare than all these 90s traits in the default roster (I'd like one or two guys in whole league to have 90 rating in catch or spin etc instead of all skill players being rated 90 in spin and juke etc...)

Anything like that exist?

I would also like to see a roster like this. Part of what I loved about APF 2K8 was the disparity between players, I would fear certain players because of their abilities. I've been thinking of doing a fictional roster with this type of rating scheme to widen gap between superstars and regular joes. Also, CPU spin move is getting old quick.

I started adjusting the rosters, but so many are way to high. If I could start with everyone average at say 65 across the board then it would be much less work having to increase the good players a little and the greats a lot, rather than having to downgrade every single player one at a time at least 20 points in 7-12 different skills.

I really wish their was a way to reduce all players or say all of a certain position at once. I can NOT believe how many offensive lineman can jump at 70 or better. Would love to lower all RT down to 30 jump, agility 50, etc... then increase the stars from their.
