The Presentation of Created/Pro Clubs Players

I don't know if i'm the only one this happening to, but when i create a player and edit their face and adjust all the brow, eyes, ears, jaw, etc the player looks like what i want in the editing screen. But when i start up a game with him, he looks absolutely nothing like what i created, he's just a generated face that looks the same no matter how you edit, kind of frustrating because he just looks awful. Any others out there noticing this?

yes for some reason they go back to standard default faces during gameplay.... been happening for couple years.
