I think thebgame will try to recreate the same overall stats no matter what time you choose.

I am playing 10 mins. Getting good stats. The Computers pass % is too high though.

Re: Match time for realistic stats?

I have been testing last night in ML the game time. I've come to a conclusion that everything below 25min speeds up the cpu build up. 25min+ is the best setting for variety and realistic cpu build up.
Overall in 25min+ game time you'll have the most realistic stats and you'll see more often the adaptive AI kicking in and that's logical. In <20 min game time the cpu will try to rush things and you'll see more often some questionable through passes as the game is coded to provide challenge.
This game is hands down the best football sim ever. The adaptive AI is pure brilliance. I had a game yesterday as Leicester against Swansea and Vardy had 3 chances in the first 30min. After the 30min they brought covering help to stop his runs and they shifted a bit more behind.
Needless to say that in this game every team plays to its strenghts. Really really impressed. I've cancelled a while ago my FIFA 17 pre-order and I think I'm sticking with PES 17 on PC this year. Already applied the PESGalaxy patch+stadiums+graphics tweaks and the game is like a fully FIFA licensed.

Totally agree with the gametime. Ive posted it in a few threads already myself, I cant stress enough how different this game is on higher game times. It was far too ping pongy for me on lower game times, and now I see such a better variance in opportunities and play styles.

Re: Match time for realistic stats?

Someone on pesgaming said 14 minutes on superstar or top player with -1 speed, I gave that a run and it plays very nicely but I can't be bothered to stick with 14 minute halves, ugh.

For me in ML I do 10 mins either professional or top player with -1 speed, superstar is aggravating to play against on 10 mins.
