So every year since 2K11 I make an ultimate roster where you can pit players of all ages of basketball against one another. Every player is in their prime, and their age is dropped down as low as it can go and so is their league experience, so it's as if everyone is a rookie. This rosters purpose is to create the deepest and richest myleague experience possible.
I added 118 guys from scratch, and used 211 of 2Ks legends. The rest of the players are currently active players in the NBA or guys from FIBA rosters. I edited EACH players signature packages, personal/vital info, ratings, tendencies, badges, gear, salary (for those of you who don't want to do a fantasy draft and wish to play franchise versus franchise), body and play styles.
Pool altogether has around 1,500 players... it can be quite overwhelming. Here is a link to a draft guide for navigating all available players during a fantasy draft:
http://www.operationsports.com/forum...roster-10.html
For a fantasy draft, select the roster when starting your game mode. Then, when deciding which toggle to use to determine what pool(s) to draft from, select "All Teams." Reason being, 2K limits us on how many guys we can put onto rosters or into the FA pool, I even tried making guys on rosters injured and adding more players to compensate for the lack of the injured active(s) but it was to no avail. Didn't work. So if you do not select "All Teams," you will miss out on some of the players. Your choice though.
I also highly recommend starting with a 36 team league from the start of your file. If not, those 6 fewer teams means 78 less players picked, more stacked teams, and less players you get to see play as a result of fewer teams and fewer players. But again, personal preference.
Feel free as you play to give me feedback for future patches, and also, feel free to use this roster in whatever way you see fit! Cheers!
