My Career Free Agency

When do you become a free agent? Is it like last year where it was after your rookie year?

Apparently you do. I saw on Reddit that Justice Young leaves and goes to Golden State at the end of the season.

Yep - if you qualify for all star game it tells you the contracts of players. As a rookie my contract only says one year.

You can see your contract and Young's contract right from the start.

My contract shows 4 years for me and Young has two years plus two years of team options.

Only says 1yr 2mill for me in the all star and 2years for young. I think the contract menu just shows the change in cap space and money increase of the current contract. I don't think we will be there for 4years that wouldn't make sense.

Yes I know - not blind lol - just stating what it says in the all star game layout. Also stating that 4years wouldn't make sense. It's usually 2years at the least. I don't think they would make us wait that long for free agency. They know people would complain.

Re: My Career Free Agency

I ask cuz I feel like requesting a trade is a bitch move, and unrealistic for a rookie. I might just sim the next three years of my career if I have to.
