If I place a player on injured reserves can i activate him after his injury is healed 7 weeks later etc.

During my franchise Keith Marshall was able to be taken off ir after he healed and was
Put on the depth chart but he was on ir when I started. Don't know if it's different if you manually
Put someone on it

It should be the same as last year... You will be able to take ap layer off of IR only once per season. However, regardless of the length of the injury the player must be on IR for at least 8 weeks( i believe, could be 10) before they can be brought back to the active roster. You will also need to make sure you have an open roster spot or it won't give you the option to do so.

no, you cannot. once they're on IR, they are there all year.

This is not accurate, unless it has been changed from the last 2 editions, which i doubt.

Yes you can. I've done it. 8 week injury, IRd the player and after the weeks were up, I had the option to take him off IR and put him on the roster.
