Noob Question : Custom Playbooks for CCM?
Can they be made and used for Offline or Online CCM?

They can be made and used for both, but keep in mind that with the added formation subs this year, you will not be able to use a custom playbook(not completely anyway) for the subs.

Offline yes for sure. Just switch your playbook at the controller select screen before a game.
