Fight Difficulty: 50/100

*GAME STATS USING THESE SETTINGS*
I was Saskatoon @ Swift Current
Goals: 4-3 Saskatoon (OT game)
Shots: 30-27 in favor of Swift Current
Hits: 26-20 in favor of Swift Current
Time on Attack: 7:15 - 6:52 in favor of Swift Current
Passing %: 78.3 - 76.7 in favor of Swift Current
Penalty Minutes: 8-2 in favor of Swift Current (depending how you see it)
Powerplays: Sas was 2/4 and Swift was 0/1
Powerplay Minutes: 6:41 for Sas, 1:59 for Swift
Faceoffs Won: 17-16 in favor of Saskatoon
Breakaways: 0/0
Shorthanded Goals: 0

As you can see, there were pretty realistic stats. I'll attempt to tweak passing sliders a bit, although I like having wild loose board battles, balanced out by nice crisp passes. I need to tweak the penalty sliders a lot, and I will probably turn the back skating down, to create more breakways. Hope you enjoy!

Here is a link involving the most realistic offensive shift I had in the game: (may have to copy the link and paste)

Re: Be A Pro All-Star: Full Sim (For Skaters)

I've only played one game so far so make of it what you will, but the results were pretty good. Don't have those results/stats to share though. I'm playing as a defenseman in WHL on All-Star. I can say that goals, shots, and time on attack were pretty close and similar to your numbers.

This was much better than my first go with default Pro settings when we were up 5-1 in the first before I just quit.

Well that's good! I've tried other sliders then gone back to these and so far so good. I haven't tweaked much because every time I do it seems like I mess something up.

No unfortunately. The game has been playing really weird for me for about 3 weeks, I haven't played much lately. What I did do is I started to play without sim to next shift rules. I went back to classic and it eliminated part of the problems I'm about to list. I got frustrated because the simulation engine started having me beat teams all the time. The play on the ice was still tough and back and forth, but the sim engine gave my team 2-3 goals and the opponent never scored. I went from 8-14-2 to winning something like 10 straight.

If you don't do sim to next shift though, it should be fine. The sim to next shift creates a lot of problems I think. I've been continuing my NHL 16 BAP because I could play 5 minute periods and every game was 2-1, 3-2 some where around there. As for 17, I'm waiting for the next update before I tweak things again. For now I'm using the same sliders and settings, but with 4 minute periods and a boost to shooting accuracy. I just want to get through 2 years of juniors and get to the NHL at this point.

Re: Be A Pro All-Star: Full Sim (For Skaters)

I moved the aggression slider for both to 75. Shooting is mid 30s (for juniors, NHL should be in the 20s) and as a defenseman, it plays pretty well. 2 issues though, no matter what I do with fatigue, as a 2nd pairing d-man I get 27-29 minutes per game...which is way too much. I turned period length down to 15 minutes and get about 23-24 minutes. The other problem is there's only about 1 sim goal a game. Usually 4-3 games, with 3 scored for my team while I'm on the ice, and 3 scored against. Skating agility with puck is at 90...I feel like it represents players in real life better. Guys like Crosby and McDavid are really agile with the puck, and it seems to make a bit more of a fluid game.

Re: Be A Pro All-Star: Full Sim (For Skaters)

These are fun to play with but at the end of the day there are just too many things in the game that sliders cannot fix... I have played as both a forward and a D man. The AIs ability to back skate at any speed from a stand still is a joke. If I have 85 speed and am in full stride no D man on the planet is going to keep up from a flat footed stationary position. I have enjoyed your sliders so this isnt a slight on them just a point of interest. Guys like you sink tons of time in to making sliders and at the end of the day EA just dumps all over the hockey franchise.
