Does anybody still have the issue to sprint (using r2) after update?

I'm still having trouble to sprint using r2 off ball even after the update.
And after the update, I found that I have to press r2 twice at least to trigger the off ball sprint. Besides that, the 2nd press needed to be very hard to trigger. It's really weird. Because I have tried with 3 controllers, one of them is brand new which has the same issue.

So after that update, how many people still have troubles to sprint off ball?
I think we should let the devs notice this! Hope this issue can get fixed in retail version or Day 1 Patch

For what it's worth, I still mostly can't either. It seems to work sometimes if I press down really (uncomfortably) hard, but even then there's no real consistency to whether it's going to work or not.

I'm still having issues as well. I hope this doesn't carry over to the main release.

So I'm playing My Career and I've still got this issue on PS4. It's damn infuriating. I thought this was supposed to be fixed?

It's really frustrating that 2K can't fix this issue in retail version or day1 patch.
These will become a disaster to a lot of PS4 users.

Yes, even after the update.
Mike Wang said this won't be a issue for retail. But apparently, some of PS4 users still have this issue.

Same here. My player still doesn't sprint when he doesn't have the ball. And apart from being annoying, it makes it really difficult to play defence. I hope that they fix it soon, because as it stands mycareer is unplayable.
