32 team franchise how to keep games from being simulated

I am doing a 32 team franchise with teams set to auto pilot except for my skins. That way I can switch to another team and play other games. The issue I am running into is that it simulates the other games before I have a chance to play them. Is is the autopilot? It even says see box score and will let you play the game but it keeps the original simulated result when you advance to the next week. I don't want to have to do every teams practice and switch 31 autopilots from week to week. Can anyone help??

You have to set the teams that you'd like to play for the week as not auto pilot. The problem is that you will see your user name for those games rather than the city name abbreviated like normal.
