CFM: Coach Hiring Bugs?

Somehow they broke hiring new coaches even more. It seems it's virtually impossible to hire a coach that has other teams bidding on them. Crank the salary up to $15M a year and it won't matter. You can only win coaches where you are the sole bidder. Anyone find a work-around?

Also, I love how when coaches get hired by other teams, the following week it lists you as the new team in the coach hiring screen. This week it shows that I've signed 3 new head coaches.

How about this.... I just had my coach (Bruce Arians) disappear. Once off-season hit it said I needed to Hire Coaches. I look and Bruce is no longer my coach and not in the coach free agent pool. I have to sign a scrub coach. And when I look at the Legacy Leaderboard for coaches, Arians is not listed anywhere, even though he would be a HoF coach had he retired like normal. He completely vanished from the file instead.

Anyone had this happen?

Yeah, I tried to fire Doug Pedersen after my first year and it did the same type of ****, except I couldn't make offers or do anything but continue, next season he reappeared to coach again though,

It's likely the coaches can retire then unretire not 100% as hadn't played CFM yet waiting 4 the roster update tomorrow.

But ik in previous maddens coaches can retire then unretire over time just like players.

I'm sure classic players like Kurt Warner still come out of retirement I think..

This hasn't been in for a few years now. I think Madden 25 was the last to have this. It was the madden after Ray Lewis retired.
