"Stuck" between Pro and All-Pro difficulties?

I played on Pro last year and trying All-Pro this year and I just keep getting stuffed on the run (Vikings) and too many dropped balls when I pass but maybe I'm not reading the progression right, I dunno. Frustrating right now.

It seems when I play on All-pro that I can't do anything and the other team just scores willy nilly on me, but if I play on Pro then I win like 35-7.

Is this a slider issue? Or is this a factor of "get gud" or am I missing something?

Same here but with All Pro and All Madden. On All Pro I'll score 40-60 points. On all madden the cpu always have the perfect play called
