Controller cutting off (X Box One)

Is anyone else having an issue where your controller will randomly cut off while playing? It doesn't do it all the time, but when it does I have to plug my controller in or it will continue to cut off. My battery is fully charged, and it doesn't do it for any other game. I also had a friend who has the same issue, so it has to be a Madden thing, and not my console.

Mine also does this. The controller stays on, but say I'm trying to pass to the X receiver, I have to press it a few times and press really hard on the X button for it to read it. Usually happens during online games. Odd. Problem doesn't happen when the controller is plugged in.
