What are some things you want fixed?

Dont get me wrong, this game is great but there are just some things I think sorely need cleaned up.

1. CPU QB Awareness in the pocket / play like they do in real life.

2. CPU clock management.

3. Animations carrying players out of bounds. (Not knowing where sideline is)

In my CFM (Vikings) Mariota lit me up for 300 yds, next game against Rodgers, he doesnt even go over 200 and i held them to 0 points.

Agreed that the game is pretty great.

CPU draft logic still needs help tho. In the first year of my Rams offline CFM the Cowboys drafted 3 QB's in a row to start their draft.

More "dynamic" KR/PR. It seems these plays always work one way, and if you happen to break it for a TD, they look the same too. Not enough chaos on those plays.

Better player feedback and tighter control of user-players. Every year they add in more complex animations that require time to play out and that comes at the sacrifice of precise user control.

For example, when changing directions to close for a tackle as a defender, you are at the mercy of how the game is going to play those animations.

I'm more afraid of how the game will react to my control than how my opponent will try to avoid my tackle.

The Sim engine in game.. Playing as a player CFM at WR for 49ers
I've gone 1-6 through the first 7 weeks.

But the end of game sim is broken... The panthers - Seahawks- Cowboys with dak, cardinals, and bills & Bucs - all have beat me in scoring GW drives under 2mins and magically they all score as time expires besides game vs cards they left 6 seconds on clock

Really annoying - I'm simming on fast speed if that has anything to do with it.. But every game has ended in a GW drive for CPU


My lone win against LA -- kicked go ahead fg with 27seconds left - the CPU had no timeouts got the the 41yard line and managed to miss 59 yard fg to send to OT .. Something is rigged with my first CFM experience this year

QB AI and accuracy needs a ton of work. That's the big one for me. Outside of that CPU trade logic should be tuned as well.

can't get sacks in the game when i play a full game or use "play the moment".

1) CPU QB awareness pertaining to pass rush. 2) CPU playing far too much cover 1 press coverage and not doing it so well.... 3) Passing lead stick control is nowhere near "touchy' enough. I can't overthrow my receiver if I tried. You can put the ball to the left and right of the receiver, that works perfectly. However, you truly can't put the ball right where you want to on the field. M17 is my first buy since M12 and this is very noticeable. Make me work for my throws or pay the price. 4) I know I'm in the minority but please make "tackle battles" optional. All the hype about a partial physics engine and I have to press a button in a quick time event to shake free of a defender? 5) The playcalling screen is not user-friendly. We have the option to put plays into a gameplan. Previously, you could arrange it so your plays would come up in the order of which you set them. Unless I'm missing something, I am not seeing that here. Other than that, quite a shock to see all the improvements, for as much as we like to complain, over a 5 year span.
