#1 Cornerback alignment

Why is the #1 Cornerback lined up opposite the #1 receiver?

I shouldn't have to make Josh Norman or Sherman number 2 on my depth chart for them to be on the same side as a AJ Green or OBJ.

I've read it's going to be patched.
Not sure if that's true or not?

Missing defensive assignments like old maden and now this really takes away from having those epic 1v1 WR vs CB battles.

Hope so. Lost a game vs the Packers cause it was putting my #2 on Jordy instead of Pat Peterson.

Yea that too. M16 did it well, hopefully they can get a patch out.
