Have any of you that pre-ordered through Amazon received their code yet? I haven't received mine yet. When I called and asked them, they seemed to not know what I was talking about.

The pre order bonus for ultimate team? If so, I received mine via email this afternoon. The strange part is i didn't get the game itself yet. I have prime and picked release date delivery. So, after a quick chat with them they are overnighting me a copy and I got $5 gift card for next purchase

Yea, I preordered the deluxe version. I got the code that comes with the game. I was wondering about the code for the pre order bonus. I haven't received it. That's good that Amazon hooked u up for their screw up though
