(XB1) - Down & Distance - Developmental League for The Red Zone

I am the commissioner of 'The Red Zone', an Xbox One sim league on Operation Sports. We have been together for over 5 Madden's now, and have started our 28th season together.

Due to overwhelming amounts of people on our wait list, we have decided to start a developmental league called 'Down & Distance', a league that will operate under our same rules, and develop users to be in 'The Red Zone.'

Rules and information can be found on our operation sports home page, but it is a no-switch, left-stick banned league. We utilize podcasts, radio shows, power rankings, Twitter, and much more to bring our league to life, and keep everyone active from August to August.

All 32 teams are currently available in the developmental league. We have 13 users on our wait list who will be in, we will have a team draft before the season begins.
