Cumulative goal totals in-game for NHL 17?

Ive been poking around trying to get an answer to this question. I also submitted it on the "ask EA" site and havent got a response.

Will it show how many goals a skater has in-game when they score in a Franchise mode game? It drives me bananas when someone scores their 21st or whatever and it just says (1).

Yes, its in...officially confirmed. It'll make a big difference.

I like how the stat pops up at the bottom now instead of in the score overlay.

Yeah, me too. I really liked the 3 goals in 7 games since being traded overlay. That goes to show that the game has the potential to show statistical trends. Hopefully there is a lot of that kind of stuff...it would make such a huge difference in the immersion factor.

Agreed! Hopefully there are plenty more as I love that stuff during a game!!

For me, in game stats like this are what make the presentation and Franchise mode worth playing. It spices up the monotonous grind of playing 82 games against CPUs.

I haven't played a full regular season since NHL 07, but this may be the year.
