Rookie unlocks Prime?

Hey guys, new-ish to Diamond Dynasty. Login home screen shows a Joe Mauer Rookie card and says that Rookie Unlocks Prime and then "New Mission Starter For Diamond Dynasty." Wondering how this works what what this is alluding to because I'm not able to find anything about how to unlock that. Thanks

You need to obtain rookie Joe Mauer first. Either buy for 200k+, or receive from packs/battle royale.

After that, after a game a mission will come up asking to get hits with Joe Mauer. After you get that, you get another mission, and then unlock 99 Mauer.

He is not in packs anymore, and i dont think he is a BR reward
