Is high block going to be tweaked?

Is high block going to be tweaked in the new patch? The high block should wear down if someone is taking a bunch of shots. It should wear down like on the ground. It is too safe and people can just walk into punches.

Or increase body strikes, that's just what I'd like to see.

Finish the fight I shouldn't be forced to punch arms.

I suspect ea have all these fighters Jax steel arms covered in skin, it sure seems like that. Until they are on the ground, then opponents arms turn from steel to peanut brittle

I honestly think it's fine the way it is. When people complain about the high block being like a forcefield I'm always wondering why they don't just go to the body.

The high block IS an infinite, impervious, no drawback, unlimited, perfect blocking, force field though......

Obviously, you attack the body.. But that is no excuse for an impenetrable, super block. Nothing about that reflects any sliver of realism.

Not to mention how EASY it is to just hold high block, walk backwards, and avoid almost everything. All head attacks get perfect blocked by the forcefield high block. Body kicks whiff. Body Hooks Whiff. Only body jabs will sometimes connect.

Unless you manage to close them off against the fence, High Block gives you unbelievably insane defense. It's a get out of jail free card which requires no skill whatsoever.

You are wrong.

I think Block (high or low identical) is fine now.

Block effeciancy ONLY depends on Hands health not on stamina at all.
And hands health is SEPARATED - you can land 4-5 Hooks on one side (only left hooks for ex) and block will be out completely.
Hands recovered and block becomes active again, but more damage hands recieved during the match - less damage they are needed to break block.

Fatigue for sitting on block, and parry timing tied to the block as well to fix this. You can sit on block as it is, and just press a strike button to parry anything to the head while sitting on block. That shouldn't happen. Time the parry with the block and let the game's mechanics take care of that.
