BUG: First Career HR for *EVERY HR* (Franchise)

I've noticed this bug in two separate franchises. I think it's tied to in-season editing in franchise mode but I cannot confirm it. The weird thing is, every home run I hit with say Jose Abreu or Todd Frazier will be announced as "their first career HR," so it's not just their first HR of the season being called that way but with some other players, it's just a normal home run call.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Opening Day bug. Start any of the 3 OD games and sim it to the end.

This. You have to start the first game of the season (Cardinals @ Pirates). You don't have to play it. As soon as you can throw the first pitch, you can sim it to the end.

Yes but if you're already past that game then it's impossible to rectify this

Also every game I've played has had the opening day presentation

Playing the first at bat of the first game gets rid of the Opening Day glitch as well. Like you said thought if you're already passed that point then you're SOL.

Wow!
Well, I'm already at April 30th, 2016 so I guess I'll have to deal with it. I was wondering why all the signs still said opening week.

One problem in this amazing game is okay. I also play Madden (well used to, Madden 25 was my last)and EA NHL so I've seen true game-breaking problems in Franchise and I've never had as much fun in a Franchise mode as I'm having this year in The Show 16. At least, I can fix it for my next season.
