Hmm that's odd. I don't know if putting in a ticket will help. They really aren't much help to be honest. You can try it.

this isnt like when they were fixing the badges on players. while they are painfully slow and it will likely take you 3 weeks to get this issue resolved....putting in a Ticket is your ONLY recourse.
