Kind of a misleading title at this point, they are attempting to goto the Supreme Court...they aren't going as of this point.

There is actually a possibility that the SCOTUS will decide to hear this appeal, given that both sides claim that the Circuit Court got it wrong. Would be big news if so, but we won't hear anything either way until the fall, at the earliest.

This entire saga is absolutely absurd, especially considering that the majority of the class in this supposed class action suit would prefer to have their likeness in the game even if there is no pay.
