Feed rewards

I just read you can get cards for feeding enough players of certain teams to your DD player. Does this start at a certain point, such as after conquering all teams or something like that?

You can start these feed missions after you have conquered a team's stronghold in conquest and then played a certain ammount of innings with players from that team. They will show up in the conquer and command part of the missions section.
