Re: What's best RTTS position

generally, i find 2B is the best. not needing to develop arm strength is a bonus. plenty of D plays to enjoy.

that said, i pick a position that i feel will fit into the long term need of my team. currently, that's 3B.

Left field isn't an option on the poll!

Well, obviously Flash decided there's no way in hell he wanted to be a leftfielder lol

I didn't vote for the best because I don't play enough RTTS to really know.
So I voted for my favorite instead: Closer.
I do all kinds of crazy things whenever I do a RTTS.
Last year I had a pitcher whose 4 pitches were Changeup, Circle Change, Palmball & the Vulcan Change
I miss the days when you could create a 45 year old prospect.

I love playing catcher. I like throwing runners out and fielding bunts and whatnot. Seems like the most action in each game.

Those were the days I remember in like 08 or 09 I took a 45 year old CF to the AA all star game.

OT Center field

Re: What's best RTTS position

I would say Short Stop but be very aware that this year all your defensive plays are heavily scripted meaning the ball is coming right to you with little effort on the end user in terms of natural reaction but to throw the ball to the correct base.

It makes playing a position like Short Stop very predictable and that's no fun if you like real baseball. Even with the Game Watch option selected. I got two natural ground balls hit to me at Short Stop for nine innings over three games for a total of two ground balls.

However if you turn off Game Watch you will get plenty of chances but you will know exactly when it's coming. I hope they fix this in a coming update I don't know if it's a bug I should report or not. I'm kind of tired of reporting bugs!

I fired up 15 and I got 4 natural ground balls hit to me over 3 innings in one game. I just feel like no one tested the mode in MLB 16. I've gone back to playing NBA 2k16 for now until more patches are released to many gameplay issues outside of online to play a realistic baseball game honestly!
