Help uploading logos (PS4)

Hey guys, I'm kinda new to this forum but hoped someone can help me. When I try to upload my logos, it just loads the "preview" forever and never works. Anyone else have this problem? I've checked my photos scales are 1:1 etcetera. It just won't work. I've tried from several computers. If anyone could tell me how to fix this, that'd be great, or even upload the logos for me, that would be nice too. Thanks in advance!
