any reason why the option to assign these has been removed in the latest patch?

Yea I was trying to figure this out yesterday as I got my first sleeve card and could not figure out how/where to r change the color or assign it to a particular arm?????

the option existed before the games latest patch
not sure why it was removed - mistake maybe

Do any pitchers actually wear compression sleeves?

not entirely sure - i think in the future they may..injury prevention etc

what they do wear are various gym base layers (undershirt/three quarter/long sleeve) that are better represented by using the compression sleeves in the show

It's probably better this way, so in future years in RTTS/Franchise, we don't see generated pitchers wearing one compression sleeve.
