How to Transfer CAP's?

I hate starting new threads but I couldn't find my answer(s) via the search option. Just a question about Create A Player and transferring...

1. Can you transfer CAP's/edited players from '15 to '16? I'm guessing no or the OSFM guys would probably use that option.

2. How do you transfer CAP's to a different roster? Like I want to start creating players (or edit existing minor league players into CAP) but I want to download the OSFM roster when they're done and add my CAP's to it. How do you go about doing that? export the CAP's to the cloud then download them onto the new roster? or can you do it without having to upload them to the public (cloud)?

Or am I misunderstanding the roster editing abilities all together and I should wait to make my CAP's til after I have the roster?

1. Yes you can and OSFM is doing it.

2. Start a franchise in 15 with roster control on. Transfer to 16. Export players from franchise. Import into roster.
