Playing as the Reds. Bailey goes down in 3rd inning with an injury. I only get 8 pitches to warm up new relief pitcher. Shouldnt he get as many as he needs to get warm? 8 pitches still shows the pitcher as cold.

When you bring in a Pitcher after an injury he is filly ready whether it says so or not. Per Ramone in one of the streams.
