Ficional draft Classes

Hello everybody,

In order to make MyLeague more enjoyable for me I decided to create some fictional draft classes. I feel that the later years of your MyLeague/MyGM are more fun when you've actually created all the players yourself. At this point I've completed two classes and I'm about 35% done with the 3th. Each class has approximately 70 created players (I've created everybody with a 60 OVR or higher).

So why not share them right? Maybe someone else will like them as well. My username is: Sovereign_KB and the files are called Fictional 1 & Fictional 2.

I've tried to make them as realistic as possible, meaning (imo) no crazy hairstyles, dumb names and/or weird attributes. However, I'm not a seasoned draft class creator by any means so maybe you'll find some mistakes.

Hopefully you'll enjoy them and I would love to hear feedback if you have any.

Re: Ficional draft Classes

This is much appreciated...the more custom classes we can have the better!

I just downloaded the first class for my running MyLeague...I can give more feedback later when I can view everyone in more detail, but at first glance it looks pretty balanced. Definitely an improvement over the randomly-generated class I would have used otherwise! Do update us when you post the 3rd class.

Glad you liked it!

I haven't done a lot since posting this tbh, but I'm going to work on it this evening. I will try to finish Fictional 3 in a couple of weeks, hopefully early May.

O and one more thing, I changed my username to Sovereign_KB.

I'm always in the market for some good draft classes. How are the potentials? One thing I have noticed with a lot of draft classes is that too many players have really high potentials or really wacky ratings.

You might already know this, but a lot of time the wacky ratings in DCs are due to a bug that kind of randomly changes attributes. It's how you'll sometimes wind up with a moving 3 rating that's 20 points higher than the standing rating or something like that. It affects both user and cpu generated classes, so there's no way around it as far as I know.

I've tried very hard to balance out the potentials, while still maintaining some sort of variety between DC's. I looked a lot at other people's creations and based most of the potentials on those. I don't want to spoil too much, but every class has around 7 80+ potential guys. I don't have any specific quota for potentials lower than 80, but I obviously try to balance that out as well.

I cannot say if the DC's are good or not, thats not up to me to decide. Other people would have to comment on that.

I haven't noticed that before. I will investigate if that happens to my DC's when I have the time.
