XBox One - Quick Game Mid-Game Save???

I searched online and through Google, but I'm thinking that 2k took out the ability for mid-game saves for the XBox One? I recently just purchased 2k16, and I swear I remember doing mid-game saves were available, but is it only in association or My GM? I haven't started that mode yet, so I could be missing it.

Any other idea? Just not available for quick games?

I don't know about quick games but in my league it has to be a dead ball for you to save. You can't just hit pause and save but from a dead ball the save option appears at the top of the pause menu.

They took it out because of a glitch that allowed you to save and exit a game then get the VC from it. People used to save and exit games (1 game for every quarter length) in the final seconds and get a lot of VC.

I stayed doing that in 2k14 last gen. Farmed hella vc lmfao
