In career mode there is literally no place for it in Camps unless I'm missing something.....help?

It gets upgraded as you complete your training. Thats what the bar at the top indicates

Yeah it all depends on if you train easy, medium or hard. As the bar fills up on the top it gets you closer to boosting the athleticism, and sometimes it can increase by three or four points. I think it makes for a little more strategy when deciding what to train and how intense
