Best gold rebounder and shot blocking Center?

I know sometimes numbers don't always tell the story things like vertical or speed etc play a factor. I was wondering who do you guys think is the best gold rebounding/shot blocking center?

I need a budget center for my bench had Moments Drummond and while he's a good rebounder he doesn't protect the paint like I want him to. I've got Hassan/Mutumbo/DJ/Wallace and on and on who should I roll with?

Re: Best gold rebounder and shot blocking Center?

Willie Cauley Stein is my favorite center this year that's not an Amethyst or a Diamond.

Definitely give him a try since he's so cheap, and if you like him, you can badge him all the way up to gold and add brick wall + bruiser.

I used him all the way through the first seed of RTTP and never faced a center that I couldn't handle or a team that gave him trouble defensively.

WCS can definitely help stop transition cheese.

the best rebounding/shot-blocking gold Centers are in this order:

Moments Whiteside and Gobert. (Gobert is usually cheap)
DPOY Ben Wallace
DPOY Mutombo

(Wallace has better stats but Mutombo's height is more effective)

the best value is going to be DPOY Eaton. I love his card, he has great strength, stamina, and hustle to go along with rebounding, shot blocking and excellent post defense. one of the best values in the game, this year and last.

I'll give Dikembe a shot again and try out WCS and Moments Whiteside if I can find him cheap

Re: Best gold rebounder and shot blocking Center?

I like current Dwight Howard. If you user him, he's lethal on both ends. Get him fully badged up and put the +6 speed adidas shoes on him. 86 speed, 96 strength and 80 vertical. If he is near the rim he will grab the offensive rebound and slam it in. He doesn't get talked about much but he's solid. His 73 block is misleading too. He gets a lot of blocks, especially when user controlled. I use him when I feel like playing with an athletic big man off the bench. His speed will help with transition cheese and the Westbrook abusers as well.

I think the OP's question was kind of generic and garnered generic responses. If we talk about our personal favorite C's that can do those things, then Dwight is a top choice. He was in my offline lineups at PF and is a great card and has been a high value for some time now.
