HOW DO YOU UNLOCK HAIR COLORS?

I am only a casual player but want to be able to create a player or players (going to play a MLS Franchise or whatever it's called on here) with blue hair and other unique colors, to have guys look different.

Blue hair doesn't show up when I try to create a player, but it is an option for MyPlayer (it mentions achievements to unlock, but doesn't say what you need to do); I think MyPlayer is at 20%. So do I need to do things in MyPlayer to unlock the hair colors or is that the Achievements that pop up in all modes like playing a women's match or doing the Ultimate Cards? I think I have about 250 of 1000 for the Xbox Achievements (Under 40% done).
Is there certain easy tasks I can do to unlock things, because some I don't even know what some of them mean? (BTW, I don't play online.)

You cannot create a player with blue hair. Only your Pro can have blue hair.

Really, that doesn't make sense to have the color available on the game and not be able to make players with it.
I was going to play a MLS League and create some players with blue hair and stuff to stand out from the other players. But you are sure I can't do that?

I guess the devs don't want you creating a player with blue hair?

You can see if this workaround is still relevant.
