can set up 30 team round robin league and post bracket here or googledocs

You can create an online franchise using a custom roster. If it's gonna be single elimination, just make it round robin with the x amount of teams (so every team has a game on the schedule with every other team). Then just play the games according to the online bracket someone will make.
