The Show 16 Live

Has anyone heard about any changes for 16 to this mode of play?

I was hoping for a "season" mode using The Show Live. I like playing with the same lineups in real life and would like to save my progress as the real season continues. Maybe compare my results with real-life....

I use regular season mode but a few months into it, my team looks nothing like to real team and its too difficult to mirror the transactions day to day.

That is why I am wondering if anyone heard of any changes to the Show Live mode this year.

The Show Live Season mode with the help from Inside Edge would be fantastic!!!

I believe MLB2K had this?

It did and I loved that mode! So easy for people that want realism without having to spend a lot of time matching rosters with real life. Just play the game and let the real life GM's/managers make the decisions.

NBA Live had a live season mode a while back where you could play the real season with real lineups, but any user controlled games would mesh those wins, losses, and stats into the rest of the league that was based on real life statistics. It was pretty awesome and when The Show Live first came out I was hoping it would be similar. It would be perfect for a long season like baseball if you are really only interested in playing one season.

Fifa had this for a while as well, and I absolutely loved it. No idea why they took it away. They would even update each players "form" so that a good game in the real life game translated into your virtual game as well. It seems like The Show would be perfect for this except for the sheer volume of games. Also, I guess one limitation would be keeping up to date with minor league players promoted to the bigs.

Oh yes, that was fun in 2k!! I used to play that nights game in the morning, and then see if it happened in real life, and I swear to you, once, it played out exactly!! It was the July 17 game in 2010, Granderson scored the winning run on a base hit by Nick Swisher. Also happened to be the night Yanks honored the passing of the Boss and The Voice of Yankee Stadium. Scary.
