Help finding current roster for 2k13 PC

I apologize if I missed it, but I searched a few different ways and I could not find a 2015-16 roster for NBA 2k13 on PC. I'm just getting back into PC gaming. I mainly play sports games. I'm hoping I don't have to purchase another game now, but I may have to if I can't find updated rosters/new teams for 2k13.

If I have to upgrade, and I don't want to pay $60 for 2k16. Is there a better one out there that someone would recommend?

you could pay $30 for NBA 2k14. On NLSC.com there are still 2 or 3 updated rosters being worked on. Plus you can use most of the mods like jerseys, floors, and cyberfaces from 2k13 in 2k14
