Will 2k ever improve spacing and off ball movement?

It's impossible to consistently run plays, because your guys just get stuck all the time, and when you're freelancing, guys decide to stand right next to each other. Also, the court is too small. I've had so many shots that should be wide open contested by some guy in the paint. I'm not a live fan, but the spacing and off ball movement in live is better than 2ks rn. Imo this is the number one problem with 2k, and has been for a while.

"Also, the court is too small" that's the reason why i didn't buy a next gen!!
I opened my eyes again this year again and i thought people were stupid to buy 2k16 once again while everybody have always wanted a bigger court since a long time.

Thank you guys to buy a bad game!!!

Also the players are way too fast and length account for too much in contests. There's no way my shot should be affected if I'm wide open in the corner and Anthony Davis comes turboing out of the point to try to get a hand up.

This has been a issue forever and 2k refuses to change it. They claim that the player size to court ratio is accurate to the nba. Look at how there's lil space from corner man to the low post. that's accurate? Wow

Re: Will 2k ever improve spacing and off ball movement?

From watching Da Czar's videos and reading his posts, he knows that movement and spacing still needs improvement. I'm confident that it will get better eventually. As it is, cuts need to be sharper, screens need to be set on defenders and not on spots, cuts need to be sharper, players need to catch the ball in stride and in rhythm to shoot.

The court's size is fine, it actually feels big at times. The probably as stated above is the speed of defenders, slow shot animations, and the effectiveness of late closeouts. Slow, passing, catching and layup/dunk animations and the fact the players bring the ball down every single time to get stripped or blocked.

In cases like that the defender should have 0 effect on the shot and should actually be called for shooting fouls. The NBA is trying to protect shooters and that's not represented in the game. Running into a shooter is a legit strategy in this game. A lot of players online like to go off ball and stand at the top of the arc to try to bait you into passing it to the shooter at the elbow. When you pass it to them, they sprint into him and it effects the shot. The game rarely calls fouls in that situations.

Court feels big? It feels like a high school court
