New XB1 League Starting up

Looking to startup a new league as the two I'm in now have had some dealings with the commissioners that have seriously damaged league integrity. Looking to go All-Madden, 7 Minute Quarters with no accelerated clock, No trading with the CPU while league is filling up. And other rules regarding gameplay to come.

Am open to using Facebook Group, GroupMe or slack for communication, anyone interested post here with you XB Id and which method of communication you prefer.

I will also setup a daddy leagues once the league is roughly 1/3 full.
